We came to eat hear after my son's graduation. There was 10 of us all together. The food was excellent, I can't complain there. But the service was literally the worst I have ever experienced. The lady taking our order should not be waitressing. We got half of our food before we got our starters, the waitress literally had to go to three different tables and ask who ordered what and if the food she had was theres. I spent 10 minutes on their website trying to place an order. The cutoff time on their website is 945. I got my order ready and the system would not take it so I called them at 9:35 to place an order and they would not take my order. Very frustrating having spent the time to try to give them some business and get a good meal and was turned away.
The food is terrific! There's a Cajun influence but its not overwhelmingly spicy. I had the gumbo, and the ribeye sliders. Just the right amount of food and absolutely delicious!
First time trying Walk-On’s and we were very impressed. Food was better than anticipated. Our waitress, Kira, was great!! She helped us with our questions and made sure we were taken care of. Just found another regular spot.
