The employees are very very kind and professional
I've been coming to this wellness clinic for several weeks for Emsculpt Neo sessions, and the experience has gone sharply downhill. The manager who originally did my treatments suddenly left, which I don't believe was her choice, since she told me she'd be training her replacement for weeks. Not a single staff member stayed consistent after that--every visit I had someone different, and the person she said she was training never appeared again. Huge red flag. Got a really good massage from Chris Ocasio. He did reflexology and had great techniques for my lumbar area as well as all over. It was our first appointment and he checked frequently that the pressure was not too hard. I appreciated this. Scheduled another appointment with him and highly recommend!
