My visit to this urgent care was exceptional. Mon really took the time to understand my issues and was very knowledgeable. She put me at ease, and made a stressful situation very easy!

I have visited this location several times and every visit has been disappointing. Today was the last time I will ever go here. When I arrived, the waiting room was unbelievably hot to the point where it was hard to sit comfortably. There was no staff at the front desk and no one noticed that I had been waiting for about 20 minutes until I finally got up and approached them.
