It was very quick and easy. I had sciatica nerve pain. It was addressed perfectly.
Spare yourself the waste of time & improper care at this supposed "Urgent Care." How is this place even an operating business still?! WORST. URGENT. CARE. POSSIBLE. Half the time they're not even open. Went earlier today, pretty basic care needed, so felt they could handle it. Open sign flashing brightly says "Open" with hours posted, website says open... yet lights are off behind desk & doors are locked. The care was great but the billing is awful! They admitted that the first paper bill I received was a "Final Notice" and that I wasn't ignoring them. It isn't my fault you waited 7 months to send me a bill! Then, I tried using my HSA card but it was declined because they are setup with their card processor as a "department store." They decided to setup their website so you can't try another card for 24 hours and their customer service is lackluster. I ended up having to mail a check...in 2024.
