I’m so disappointed. I have been coming to the Canton Ohio location for years. This was always my go-to place for my kids, and even with doctors and staff changing over the years, I never had a problem until today. I came in because my son had a possible concussion. There was no one at the front desk, but there was a woman sitting nearby with her back turned. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Check in process was smooth/ quick. The medical assistant was wonderful. I didn’t even feel the shot she gave me. The provider Robert was just over the top fantastic. He was thorough, knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. Highly recommend this place!!
Amazing staff and got me in and out within the hour!!!
I walked into Urgent Care for the first time yesterday & was greeted with a smile. I had a clogged ear & wasn’t sure what the procedure would be. I filled out a little paper work & was seen by the nurse practitioner. He irrigated my ear several times until it was clear & all the wax was out. There was no pain, no discomfort. I was very pleased.
