Edit to previous posting: The site did finally refund us our money.
We will never use this place again. Their overseas billing department triple-charged me when I called in a payment, and even after requesting and receiving screenshots of my account with the three identical charges, as well as other requested pieces of info, such as my bank transaction ID numbers, etc., I was told they can't see any of the charges, and there is nothing they can do.
