We were looking for an option to make bathing our disabled adult daughter easier for all involved. We contacted Walk in Tubs Ottawa and Richard called right back. We went to look at a few options in the showroom and on recommendation selected to transfer tub. Very tight time between selection and install which is almost unheard of these days. Our old shower served us well (~20 years), but it was time to replace it. Thanks to Richard and his team at Walk in Tub Ottawa for their hard work, it's been almost entirely renovated in about a week's time. What a difference. 🤩
Excellent quality workmanship by Richard and Elvis! Would highly recommend this company to anyone. this was a major job of installing a walk in tub for a 99 yr old as well as a disabled child. We also took the chance of having a downstairs shower redone with Acrylic panels and it is super! kudos to all!
We just had a Walk-in Tubs transfer tub unit installed for wife's mobility issues and are quite pleased, she feels so much more secure entering and bathing. Richard and his crew were a pleasure to deal with did an excellent job in the 2 day install and a tutorial when all finished, overall quite pleased.
