I scheduled an appointment for Monday 7/14/14 at 8 a.m. I drove an hour to reach this location, and received a phone call 20 minutes prior to my appt. to cancel due to illness. I did not hear back for 2 more days, at which point I gave over my insurance info to begin the process. I've literally never heard back from this business again. How in the world could I possibly recommend it?
