Charged me 232 without insurance dollars to tell me I was getting better and did no tests on me. I was in the clinic for 30 minuets. It’s horrible how places like this take advantage of people that are concerned about there well being. Also it’s called an “Urgent care” but it isn’t it’s a physician’s office so you pay way more because insurance doesn’t cover physicians offices the same. Super misleading.
Super nice receptionist. Xray is still down and apparently will remain out of service for the forseeable future. Go somewhere else if you have bone or joint issues. They should take the "Ortho" out of their name if they do not have the tools to really provide orthopedic care on site.
Xray is out of service, if you need xrays they send you to Community, where it is another hour+ wait. The north reserve location has an xray that is working but no tech to use it. What since does that make? Do yourself a favor go to Missoula bone and joint.
