Went to the urgent care. Check in was quick. The computer still had all my info from a few years ago. Had to wait less than 10 minutes. Each step in the process as I moved from the assistant to the PA to the Xray to the PT person all moved quickly. Had opportunities to ask questions and they all gave answers where they could. Overall, pretty good medical office experience.
Was able to get in on a busy Monday within 30 minutes. Audrey gave me a thorough exam and went over my x-rays and gave a complete explanation of them.
