I've been to this location twice, both times to notarize documents for a real estate transaction in Florida. The first time (in 2022), the service was great. Seamless and quick. The second time, we were told the articles of incorporation we brought were inadequate to prove the signing authority. This is after I phoned in advance to confirm the documents we needed to bring. I've been here 2 times now to get my documents notarized. Pretty fast and efficient service for a walk-in. Both times, I only waited 5-10 minutes for my turn. Prices are reasonable, and I was in and out in 20 minutes.

I wish could have replied to your previous revert on my review but here name of the applicant is exact same as the document which we needed to authorize . We got notarized on our document from somebody else who is even not from our “culture”. About English she read the paper front of you.. she knows what our document says another main thing before reading the document or trying to understand our matter, you even did not listen and just decided not yo do.
