Very grateful for all the care I received here.
You have ZERO privacy when you're called up to the front desk. Don't ask me why I'm there! Then the ladies are so old they can't hear you so you have to yell it so EVERYONE can hear you. Stop doing this! That's a violation of my privacy. If you must know, then have a spot to write it down on the paperwork ffs.
I really like it it has a good service
First time there: Excellent service and organization from the reception desk to the Family practitioner. I have been seen fast and I found everybody working there very professional and empathetic.
The receptionists here are useless. Call wait on hold for 20 minutes just to get hung up on multiple times now, even when they actually answer and start taking information they'll still just hang up on you.
