The receptionists here are useless. Call wait on hold for 20 minutes just to get hung up on multiple times now, even when they actually answer and start taking information they'll still just hang up on you.
Such an horrible place to visit. They just take same day appointments and they don’t pick up their phone to book an appointment. They told me to leave my job and come wait in the line tomorrow morning. I wish I got to give them less than one star. Thank you for your services.
I always receive really good service here. If you want to make sure you’ll get an appointment, call right at 9:00 or show up at the door a bit before 9:00.
Even if you’re 3rd in line at 9 am, if they don’t like the look of you, then you’re punted to the bottom of the list. All the staff whispering about whose fault it is, then a timid “sorry” when you’re leaving. I just love paying taxes and watch a dozen people go in front of me.
