If you're looking for a talk therapist, Dr. Assad is a Psychiatrist. That means, he is there to give expert medical advice about the administration of medicine - not to listen to you, other than anything regarding medications. If you don't understand the difference between a Psychiatrist, a Psychologist and a Therapist - look them up before you criticize Assad. He does his job with excellence.

First of all, this place is open and flexible and works with people in all levels of need. They will work with you to get you the help you need. The reception is very caring, polite and engaging, Dr. Assad cares about his patients and the attending counselor, Mr. Lofits, is one of the finest counselors that Reno has to offer. I have never been treated badly or seen anyone waiting being treated with less than the utmost respect. The inside is clean, actually nicely designed, and has a large TV for its clients to watch.

Everything about this place was awful! The building looks like a rundown crackhouse - it's filthy inside. The furniture all looks like it was obtained from the Salvation Army. It's smelly. You can barely see the doctor through the stacks of crap all over his desk, the floor and everywhere. Expect long waits and poor billing practices.
