From a service perspective they were fine. However, It's hard to look passed that fact that I am paying such a steep bill when there wasn't actually a problem. My thermometer still reads almost 60 degrees and what I had wished I had done before I called them was put another thermometer in to see if it truly was that high. A simple test shows me that it's just a bad thermometer at the back of my fridge and I guess as professionals in the industry it seems they would have thought to check that first before ordering an expensiv... read more
