Came here due to a high fever and coughing, arrived at 6 and was told by recpetionist they are not accepting walk in patient, nobody is waiting ahead, and they closed at 7:30.... I checked on their website and the website at 6:30 said still accepting patients. Not sure what are they doing... This is horrible because patient has no choice and has to go to urgent care to waste the medical resources
Facility is clean and well kept. Reception is lovely. The wait was 3 hours for 9 am on a Friday; reasonable enough. The Nurse Practitioner? Doctor? (She didn't say) who attended me didn't listen to a single concern I had. No real interest in being there or seeing me. Didn't even look inside my mouth to examine my throat. Shrugged off my ear infection concerns. went there with the same problem at least 4 times, all 4 times they asked me to do the same thing, even when extra exam was taken, every time it was a different nurse that just repeated what the last ones said, they recorded nothing on my file, one said there was something on my kidneys but i shouldn’t worry (??), the others said i was fine, i also went in vomiting blood once, i could barely breathe from how swollen my throat was, severely dehydrated from vomiting, couldn’t swallow, not even an IV i was given, just anti naus... read more
