Super bad service They don’t even have a doctor. They could not take out a simple splinter

By far the best walk in clinic I have ever been too. The doctor was pretty amazing, did thorough history and physical examination, was able to figure what might seem to be bacterial infection. Would have probably been misslabeled under "allergies" or "cold" or "ashma" by most physicians, like most cases do. I started medication and already feeling better, I will definitely be coming here next time. Thank you so much

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I booked an appointment by their online service for my 2 yrs kid skin problem, I followed the instructions to fill out their questionnaires. I called them to advise that I will be late for 10 mins due to the heavy snow, they cannot find my appointment, they keep asked me what’s your appointment for by phone. I cannot focus to drive, it’s dangerous!! I visited this clinic recently, the receptionist and pharmacy staff including the clinic manager are respectful, but the doctor’s room has no sound proofing at all. When you are sitting in the waiting area you’ll hear all the conversation between the patient and physician word by word, no confidentiality and privacy at all!! The other problem is that they asked $100 for doctor’s visit if you are not aOHIP covered and also they charge another $30 for a print of the doctor’s note to provide it to your insurance company.
