Worst place ever, I will never go there again!
Dr. Brenda Byrd was to be my primary care doctor at this location. I have NEVER seen her there. The only doctors that I have seen should honestly be retired. Other than the friendly staff I found no other reason to go to this location other than for a common cold. Luckily today I was able to change my doctors.
For anyone wondering, there is NO Dr. Byrd at this location who was supposed to be my PCP. I had to make a few phone calls with IlliniCare (medicaid) to try to establish where she was even truly located, as there are a few listed addresses for her on the web. Alternate locations aside from this one were closed, or the phone # was out of service. BUT SHE DOES NOT SEE PATIENTS HERE. & when I asked for her, I was told she was on vacation.
