I am a rather new patient and have 30 years experience in physician billing, coding, compliance. This office staff from reception, nursing and MD are awesome in my opinion. They are kind, knowledgeable, caring and really listen when you speak. I look forward to a new healthier me knowing I am at an office I trust and will return to.
Fraudulent billing to insurance. Threats of sending a customer to collections over an annual physical that even the insurance company agrees should be covered if they had codified it correctly in the system. BEWARE!
I just have to take a minute to thank Sarah!!! 100,000 times over thank you! I’ve never not been able to get an appt or a script when needed. As busy a provider myself I have high expectations and I’m not going to lie I can be a little needy! I blame my schedule! But Sarah (and Denise) ALWAYS make my visit to the office as pleasurable as possible! I can tell you from my experience as a provider as well that your office staff can make or break a medical office and Sarah is the back bone of this office!!!
The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because of the nurse, Ben. I think that’s his name. You can tell that he is smart and very knowledgable. Other than that, the office isn’t on top of anything ever. They always give the run around and swear they’re going to do something and never do it. On top of that, every single time I call no matter who answers the phone, the women at the front are rude as hell and you can tell they hate their job. Polmed is excellent! Dr Kaszuba is VERY smart & nice. And I am very picky because I have experienced some really bad health care as a patient before. But, not here. I've always been treated great and with respect and non judgemental. The nurse practitioners are always wonderful! And the medical techs are excellent (Denise, Joseph). Sarah, is the best of the best at the front desk. You can not get better than Sarah.
