I walked in this clinic at 7:28pm for a simple urine analysis on my 4 y/o. I asked for a cup as soon as I got to the desk as my child was ready to pee in it. I was denied and told by Brooklyn, the snobby receptionist “I’m sorry we just took our last patient”… at what point is it ok to deny a patient before the cut off time of 7:30?!!!! Absolutely unacceptable. There’s a cut off time for A DAMN REASON!!! Not to make your own times. I will be reporting this to the highest person possible!!

The employees of this location have no business being medical professionals. They would serve better at a McDonald's.
