I want to appreciate the front desk staff at this clinic, Shahzadi, Huma, Sumita, these ladies are really amazing, always helpful, whenever I called or went in person, found them extraordinary, thank you so much guys. I have given these stars because of them, otherwise doctors wait time is from 30 minutes to 1 hour even after appointment. Please don't do overbookings, just give some time to the patient and try to listen.
Staff is trained to welcome to the new patients and once you are onboard, on your own luck. Longer wait time. Would never recommend. Front desk staff is kind of rude as well. This feedback is based on an experience with Dr. Sidra and her staff.
