I had an emergency and when I arrived there it was 3,40 pm and guess what the receptionist said? "Go home , come another day". Are you for real here. Is that how emergency works ? Uou go home and go nest time? I am so surprised on google it says that they are open till 5.00 pm, but in reality they send people home.
Upgrading my review to 4 stars in all fairness they are pretty good most of the time.
I had terrible experience visting this clinic today. I walked-in at about 12:25pm to see the family doctor with about three other people on the wait at the clinic. The receptionist by name Tanvi was very rude and condescending, instructing me to disclose the reasons and my health condition to her before i can see the doctor over the counter. She lacks empathy and kindness that is expected of a front desk staff. The Clinic should educate its front desk staff of the provisions in Public Health information Act PHIA.
I was quite disappointed in my experience today. Came in for an awful sore throat and fever, and I really felt like I was being spoken down to by the doctor. The receptionist was great, and I didn’t wait too long. But once I was in with the doctor, I felt like I was being shamed for coming in. He told me I had probably infected everyone in the office, and that he’d prescribe me antibiotics, but they probably wouldn’t work.
