The reception staff at this clinic are honestly the worst part of the experience. They are consistently rude, dismissive, and show no respect or basic courtesy to patients. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, they make you feel like you’re a burden just for showing up or asking a simple question. The lack of professionalism at the front desk is shocking. Dr Anigboro does not seem to care about toddlers health, I came here first to seek treatment when he had fever and was crying continously, he asked to give just tylenol and motrin and nothing is wrong in his throat the same evening we went to the emergency and found out that my son has viral fever and there was blisters all over his throat.
