We had an appointment today at 3:30 pm with Dr. Shushmal Lal. I took leave from my office to accompany my wife. Given that it’s winter in Saskatchewan, our car battery had trouble starting and we had to use a booster. As a result, we arrived 4 minutes late at 3:34 pm. Despite informing the clinic through the receptionist, Dr. Lal refused to see my wife. This is not our first visit to this clinic. Terrible experience. I waited over an hour at reception and another hour in the exam room. The online appointment system is misleading. A complete waste of time. Be prepared for a very long wait before scheduling an appointment here.
Their online appointment system is a joke!! I booked an appointment online, but when I arrived the receptionist said there was no record of it. Instead of helping, she was rude and dismissive.
