Front desk staff was good but Dr S. Lal was useless, took my daughter in for a cut on her head that I thought might need a couple stitches. She refused to give her stitches and told us to go to emerg. When I asked why she couldn't do it as my kids have gotten stitches at walk in clinics several times she responded with "its hard and I don't want to!". The nurses at emerg where discussed when hearing this and assured me any walk in doctor should have been able to handle it.

The front desk lady at this clinic was extremely rude and showed a lot of attitude for no reason. I simply asked about my appointment, and her response was dismissive and unprofessional. It felt like she didn’t care at all about helping patients or making anyone feel welcome. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting. I left feeling disrespected and won’t be returning. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place based on how they treat people.
Absolutely abysmal care at this clinic. Got a time set to come in at 3:40. Got put in a room, waited almost 40 minutes AFTER my appointment time for a doctor to come see me. One the doctor arrived, she barely spent 2 minutes to diagnose an issue (not an exaggeration), was having extreme pain in ears, (just needed to flush out ears). Told me I had an ear infection and gave me antibiotics. AVOID DR.LAL if you are a mom. She is extremely condescending and rude. It’s not worth taking on in your day her bad attitude about parenting and children.
