Why does the automated system say leave a message if it won’t let you leave a message. I was on the automated system for 5 mins trying to get through or leave a message but it was just a waste of my time. Your system doesn’t work. It doesn’t ever let you talk to a real person. It’s NOT user friendly.
Worst clinic in PA. Never recommend going there even for walk in. They have no sense of treating others with respect. The putting the posters of give respect to staff Lol!!! . I would not even give a single star if there was an option to do that.

We had an appointment today at 3:30 pm with Dr. Shushmal Lal. I took leave from my office to accompany my wife. Given that it’s winter in Saskatchewan, our car battery had trouble starting and we had to use a booster. As a result, we arrived 4 minutes late at 3:34 pm. Despite informing the clinic through the receptionist, Dr. Lal refused to see my wife. This is not our first visit to this clinic.
