‼️ DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC ‼️ The guy receptionist is extremely RUDE. People here don’t pick up the phone. The clinic should really consider hiring a new receptionist, I called around July 29 to ask them if they already received my results but the receptionist just said. “We’re going to have to ask the clinic because I think they lost your results.” But that is impossible because the blood clinic told me that they sent it to Public Health Ontario already. The guy receptionist was rude and didn’t issue an invoice for my doctor’s fee. He looked down on me and was probably thinking I can’t pay the 80$ lol. When I came back to ask if my results are already in, the blonde lady in the front desk said to just call them, when I told her that I did and nobody picked up, she said to just email them, they are going to reach back if I do. How in the world can someone answer an email but not a ringing phone LOL, very traumatized and will not be coming back after my last appointment

Very disappointing experience. We took our 4½-year-old son to this walk-in clinic for medical advice and a fit-to-fly letter after he had chickenpox. The doctor appeared unfamiliar with the flying requirements and used Google during the consultation to look up the rules. Our son was not properly examined, and we were told that his scabs were “active scabs”, despite some of the scabs on his face having already fallen off.
