these guys have been a life saver for me since i don’t have a GP (like so many others on the island) the staff is always friendly and the drs are incredible. however since they switched to online only booking for appointments, with only opening up 48 hours in advance, it has been impossible for me to get in. i’ve tried logging in from midnight to 5 pm for past 2 weeks and not once has an appointment been available. i rely on my medications to be able to function and now i am unable to get in. its not the staffs fault, they g... read more
Courtenay/Comox is very fortunate to have a skilled physician such as Dr. S. Lombard at this clinic. Excellent doctor; calls a spade a spade.
Great Clinic. Always felt welcomed and heard about medical issues. Can't say enough good things about the staff and Doctors there.
Partner had an xray req. yesterday and at the hospital they were wondering why the stamp you need at the bottom to send the xray results to was the old name and not the new name of the clinic. It confused the hospital staff, so investing in a stamp that says "WELL HEALTH MEDICAL CENTER" instead of the current "Jack Nathan Health Medical" stamp would be most helpful. Attention to detail matters to health professionals in 2025! Thanks :)
