I made a telehealth appointment (which was the only type available) for a UTI and the doctor did not order any tests done, prescribed me 3 weeks of ciprofloxacin 500 mg 2x day which is a very potent antibiotic used to treat severe infections like plague, anthrax and bone infection. Rarely do I give 5 stars as the service provided needs to meet a very strict criteria. Dr Raslan and his staff are second to none. I went to three clinics today before his practice and was refused treatment for a simple 2 minute procedure. I was responsible for identifying efficiency and inefficient procedures for 40 years.The Quadra, Alder and Superstore clinics all failed to provide the basic service every Canadian deserves. Dr Raslan understands what being a medical service provider entails!! Excellent Efficient Service!!
Every single time I come to this clinic they have a sign on the door saying they are closed. Middle of a Monday… again they are closed?
