My previous experience with the walk in was wonderful. The last two visits with my daughter were awful. The female doctor did not acknowledge my concerns and cut me off each time I attempted to voice them. She became irritated instantly. This was visible by her tone, facial expression and dismissive attitude. I am aware there is limited time during appointments but the patient and family know the medical history, symptoms, and previous treatment all of which are imperative information. I told the doctor that I get strep throat a lot and my one side of my throat being swollen is the first sign of me getting strep throat she didn’t even do a strep test said I didn’t have a fever and would be fine in a few days that night I threw up multiple times and a few days later went to a different clinic and they said I had strep throat this was my fifth time having strep throat and this was the worst if I got the penicillin from that doctor and the strep test it wouldn’t have gotten that bad it’s inappropriate to not ... read more
