Erika the nurse is awful, why go into a profession like this if you don’t have the positive mindset, she is rude and ignorant, and clearly doesn’t like her job, the rest of the ladies that work here are amazing so friendly and positive
Staff, doctors all awesome. I'm out of province resident and no issues with that, everything went smoothly
Why doesn’t anyone answer the phone or return calls? There is a receptionist. Also, I went in for a referral weeks ago and have heard nothing back! Very frustrating.
Im a big fan of this clinic. Wait times are relatively good. The staff are prompt and polite. The doctors I've engaged with have all exhibited an ideal bedside manner. I was treated by Dr. Webber today who was fantastic. Quite helpful, inquisitive and made me feel very comfortable. Thank to the folks there.
