This is an awful awful walk-in clinic. The receptionist is rude and condescending and tries to humiliate you in front of other patients She asked me why I was there and I told it was a female problem. There were young young kids in there and I didn’t want to tell people the reason why I was there so I grabbed my healthcare card and left very unprofessional receptionist when you’re working in this field in medical field like I do you should have the decency to treat the patient with dignity and respect. My son and I had an excellent experience here today. Came at 10 (open) and were the first ones there. Staff were polite and informative. My son was seen by Dr. Olotu, who was very thorough in her questioning and examination. She is a fabulous doctor, great bedside manner! This was our first time here, and I was so satisfied by the care at this clinic. Reception admin is also friendly and kind! Great bunch of women medical staff here. Important to see in the field!
