My wife and I had an excellent experience at this clinic on the evening of July 9. From the reception to the doctor’s visit, we found everyone pleasant, caring and very helpful. Just waiting to get sick so we can go back! 🤣🙏 thank you, all the best,
Went 2 times in 2 weeks, and both Doctors were amazing. 1st time 45 mins in and out with prescription and 2nd time in and out in 20 mins with prescription. Receptionist/ Nurse was lovely as well
What's the point of having a phone number when its never picked up by the receptionist. I have called 8- 10 times per day to get in touch as we need the requisition to be faxed urgently. Not a single time the phone was answered. I also left voicemail but no reply. Could care less about their patients
Dr Menezes has everything you need in a great doctor; intelligence insight and empathy. As one of many people in Ontario without a Family Practitioner, she provided the care and support I needed, all with a friendly approachable manner. If you also don't have your own family practitioner and have a medical concern, I highly. recommend that you see Dr. Menezes
Awful!! The clinic doesn't operate by the scheduled hours and we waited half an hr today for the clinic to open today and I was told the Dr only sees adults not kids. Nothing is pacified on the website
