I paid $60 to speak to a doctor over video chat and I didn't even get follow-up information or a referral for the x-ray she suggested. Now I can't get an appointment because I don't have a referral and no other information regarding our telehealth conversation.
I went there a few months ago because I needed a doctor to refill my prescriptions. ( not narcotics) The put in for the refill but only made it for 30 days which it should of ben for 90. Went back today to ask them to call them in again correctly. Was informed they only do 30 days. Maybe they should have told me that when I was there for the visit. And BTW they wanted to charge me another $140.00 to have an appt and do it again. Obviously I will never go there again and will advise everyone I see to stay away from this clini... read more
It is not a walk in clinic. There is no doctor. There is no one to care for you. There is no one there. The name is extremely misleading. Terrible!!!
