I had to drive one hour to the walk-in clinic and when I got there they said they were full and too busy and they weren't taking any more patients even though it was 3 hours before closing time.... The clerk suggested that we call in, so I went home and called the next day and the answer system did not work and it would not take any messages at all and then hung up on me 10 times and refused to accept a voicemail message and then hung up again!!!!. Online stated only 1 person waiting. Drove over and they were closed " due to capacity". Just a sign posted when you were already there. Asked why it said 1 person waiting when I checked on line and she said they don't have access to the online site. Not even sympathetic. "We have a sign downstairs"
This beautiful facility has a kind and caring staff. I was traveling through Maine from another state and they quickly put me at ease and took care of my medical needs. I highly recommend this group!
