The tub has kept my mom in her home after falling and breaking both hips. They have taken care of warranty work even though my installer didn't file any paperwork on it. They sent the part for free and talked me through installing it. Other than the temp control failing, the tubs been trouble free.
When my wife and I received our tub, it came in fantastic shape, not one scratch. We are so happy with this product. We just had our bathroom remodeled and this tub makes our bathroom look so glamorous. We have taken baths in it and it is so comfortable. I would recommend this product to anyone who is thinking about remodeling their bathroom. We made the right choice.
