Been going here more than I would like this year. My first time was walk in, had an appointment every other time. Not sure about folks complaints about the phone, I get through fine. They do self pay, but it is cash only. The ladies at the front have always been great, service has been as timely as possible, but there are two waiting rooms, and it gets slammed on the weekends. I do see their newest doctor though but even with the power out she kept doing her best and saw patients. I'd call that dedication.
Long wait/Rushed appointments - Hardin is a better option
Terrible waiting time. We spoke to Michelle for a follow up appointment and told us that we can come anytime, no appointment needed. We came the next day only to find out that we have to wait as we have no appointment. Michelle was off that day of our visit. We waited for 3 hours with our kids. Doctor Victor was just wandering around and never looked after us so we decided to go to a different doctor who is very kind. We never felt any concern from the three receptionists. Had an appointment for 6pm. Waited 40 minutes in the room. 5 minutes with my doctor to refill medications I’ve been taking for more than a year with no complications or changes in life style. I get to the pharmacy next door and they tell me they cant fill it because the total is ZERO on one prescription. Go back in the office wait 10 minutes explain the issue to the receptionist.
