We are the #1 Walk and Run shoe shop in the area. Our goal is to put each customer in the right shoe for their body mechanics. Everyone at the store is a trained Gait Analysis professional. Our services are complimentary along with shoe prices are suggested retail. We assist or manage local special events from races to concert events.

Knee pain and Ms. Julie noticed the wear on my shoes heels. She set me up with some Brooks shoes and the pain walking on my knees is gone. Thank you Ms. Julie and Walk and Run!
I was having crippling pain in my legs and feet. They tested my walk pattern and gave me a pair of shoes I never thought I'd get outside of having them custom made. They felt awkward at first as my feet adjusted to them but my pain was gone in a week. It's now been 3 months and I feel better than ever. This is now my go to shoe outlet.
Everyone who knows me, knows what I think of Walk and Run. I have recommended this store and Julie's expertise to so many people. You will not get better or more personalized service at any other store. Julie has helped me in my attempt to go from "just a walker" (my words, not hers) to attempting a few 5ks! I'll always go to Walk and Run.
