I have had the absolute worst experience with Dr. Makdisi. I don't understand how he has such high ratings. I have been a patient since 2022 and have yet to get any of my concerns addressed. Most of the time I'm never able to see him, it's actually a PA I'm scheduled with. When I do see him, I feel like he doesn't listen to my actual symptoms. Hes the best he care
Attentive and efficient. Everyone is very nice and the procedure was quick. I have updated this review to reflect the poor billing. I have recently received a bill 4/26/2026 for a proceedure that was done on 1/ 2025. This is unacceptable. I have had to work with my insurance company fix the deductibles for that year and lost any tax deductions i may have had. Needless to say, I wont be using them again.
Unfortunately, I have to go to a few different doctors, but I have never in all my years had such a wonderful staff as I did in this office. From The moment I walked in the receptionist was so nice and friendly, the nurse was so kind and caring and the PA, Alexis Gurecki, was the most thorough, knowledgeable “ physician,” never making me feel rushed and taking time to explain.
