This is the worst provider I have ever worked with. I received an occipital neuralgia diagnosis immediately after transferring my care to MU Health in Columbia MO, after spending 7 months chasing an imaginary autoimmune disorder diagnosis with Hafez. He ran so many unnecessary tests, scans, and surgeries. When they all came back negative he told me that the only option was that my pain was caused by being obese. He didn't listen to my symptoms.
