Updating my review from 5 stars to 3. While I still agree with the original review of friendly staff and no wait time, I'm having a hard time with them working with my insurance for prior auths. They called in a med, required PA, they sent in some paperwork (I think) and it was denied. They didn't follow up with me or the pharmacy so the pharmacy reached out to me and I called the office. They then prescribed a different medication (not anything to do with A1C meds) that would interact with me to a different pharmacy. I had ... read more
Doc Walid has been treating and taking care of me for years. Doc W is knowledgeable compassionate and professional. I have been through a few health scares and Doc W has been there to help through difficult times with diagnosis treatment care and follow up Doc W has improved my health tremendously Thank you Doc I appreciate everything you do
My fiance and I have been with Dr. Walid now for many years. He has been there for us in many times of need and is caring and compassionate. Dr. Walid cares about his patients and their needs. Glad we found a good Dr who listens and helps!
