i have never in my life ever encountered a disrespectful provider in life. Karla parked has violated hippa violations and has sent in wrong prescriptions and if she puts you on a trial run for a medication she won't put you back on something you previously were on. She's absolutely unprofessional and when asked how this happened she will not take responsibility for her actions and place blame on everyone else for her behavior
