The pharmacist who helped with the first order of my prescription initiated getting a copay savings card from the drug maker and took the time with their customer service rep to get it setup, saving me $150 just on my first order with future savings to come. My doctor's in-house pharmacy did not let me know the savings card existed so I would've had to pay the copay; they did not have the drug in stock so thankfully they led me to Walgreens Specialty!
Super kind and helpful. Not only were they communicative throughout the process of filling our prescriptions they let us know about extra refills for syringes& other supplies. Was able to process my prescription and get it ready for shipment same day. I wish EVERY pharmacy was as great as they are here. I can't remember his name but shout out to the guy that helped us!!
All the staff was super nice. Huge thanks and Kudos to pharmacists Kayla & Stacy. Very detailed on the process of getting a specialty medicine.
