Steven helped me with my rx needs on the phone. He was polite, professional and efficient. He went out of his way to answer my questions and even called me back to update me on the status of my order . He is an outstanding team member.
All of the bad reviews because it’s “not a Walgreens” are absurd. Clearly. It’s a Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy. They have been great with me, and got me a very tough prescription to get within an hour!! This rating is so skewed its infuriating.
Not a walk in Pharmacy, but super accommodating to the needs of patients on special medications.
Ben and Steven were both incredibly patient and helpful as I navigated problems with insurance coverage. They listened to me, which went a long way. I know Pharmacists don’t have all day to spend on the phone, but it’s the worst when you need help and you feel like you’re tying someone up when they have better things to be doing. Not for a second did I ever feel this way. Kudos to Ben and Steven for raising the bar.
