Extremely rude, curt, and impatient. The pharmacy did not give crucial information when the information needed was imperative to my timing and use of the prescription. I have been receiving the script via mail for over a year. It was time to refill the script. Phone calls were made. The pharmacy did not share with me the patient that they can not mail scripts to Kansas until I made subsequent phone calls.
