It's a small Walgreens and I get that they are abnormally busy being the only pharmacy to take state insurance. However, every single time I call they have the most unprofessional attitude. They act like I'm personally bothering them just by calling to ask a simple question. And god forbid you ask for clarification. The guy literally huffed and sighed like I was an idiot for asking and then couldn't get me off the phone fast enough. I hate that I have to go to this branch. Amazing staff they don’t care if little thugs come in and grab free food 🤩
They don't care about clients, Melvin was rude and he didn't even try to help. After 1 hour waiting he sent me to talk to the doctor. I talked to the doctor and she said it was sent 1 hour ago.. I came back to the pharmacy and he said "I have no clue about your prescription and I cannot contact the doctor.. you can wait today or come back tomorrow actually there is no warranty".. so I was feeling bad and his behavior made me feel worse after waiting 2 hours without response
