Is there an option for zero stars??? Dayeliz was like Sloth, just worse. She’s angry she works there, glared at me or avoided eye contact, angrily typed in my information and then disappeared without a word. Came back, never said a word to me, proceeded to fill bins with other prescriptions without ever offering an explanation of any kind to me. How about, “your prescription will be ready in a few minutes.” Is that difficult??????
I had a very unpleasant and judgemental experience with someone on the phone this morning when checking a status of a prescription that was out of stock. The man on the phone (I do not know his name or role) said must be "misusing" my medication because I am out of it, they can't fill it and he can't provide a timeline of when it might be available. The pharmacy at Walgreens at 259 East Erie is the best! Abdullah, Aya and all the pharmacists, techs (Pedro, Perry, etc) and staff are so wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful. I go to Walgreens all the time, but this is by far the best pharmacy!
