They changed their policy about how many pens i can get when refilling a three month renewal. No advance notice. Not a way to treat a patient who gets a load of meds and inoculations..
As a nurse who has to work holidays as well, coming to the pharmacy today to see it had closed early with no notice is frustrating. Online and via VM, the pharmacy was open until 5pm. I arrived at 4pm to pick up my medications and it was closed. I have empathy in knowing you want to get to your families, but patients get screwed over. Please notify people next time so we can send our scripts elsewhere.
Incredible service. Like a great hotel or restaurant I almost don’t want to share this review for fear more people will make them too busy. :).
