I hesitated to leave this review, but after not receiving a call from anyone from corporate headquarters, I decided this was the next step. After my 9 month old son had just gotten done fighting for his life during a 5 week stay at Lurie, a pharmacy tech then incorrectly filled my son’s blood thinner medication, making it 3x more concentrated than it should have been. He was given 21 days’ worth of medication in one week. We went to the ER after discovering this mistake and thank god he was okay. I don’t want this to happen ... read more
