RecommendedI am so happy when I go to Walgreens at DAP...Why? because I know my items requested will be ready and if not it is probably due to a doctor's office not doing their job. The staff is professional and knowledgeable about their products!!!!!!!!!!!
Great customer service
I've been a Walgreens customer since 2005. They have handled my prescriptions since that date as well. The staff at the Desert AIDS Project Walgreens knows me by name and they treat me like family but are also very professional.
This pharmacy represents the Gold Standard of what a pharmacy should be, and the standard by which every pharmacy should be measured. They greet all clients by name in a friendly cheerful manner, manage each client's needs expeditiously, and manage to make what WOULD be a CHORE a happy experience.
This Walgreen's at 1695 East Sunrise Way in Palm Springs California is the standard by which all pharmacies should be measured. It is perfection personified in it's standard of care, personnel, professionalism and courtesy. This location demonstrates first class service in every aspect of customer service that can be applied to any business known to man.
This place is awful, and so is their customer service and automated prescription refill. Always have to wait an hour after scheduled pick up time. No call back to tell me of delay. I schedule my time to go grocery shopping, then to come pick up my scripts. Going to change pharmacies!!!
