Can do Attitude that’s all it take to get things done. Mrs Porsche Duncan has it!! Today she went out of her way to provide the Best service in the world. I’m so Grateful for her and Walgreens. Promote and give her a Raise. Thanks

I went in to get advice for a BP cuff to use at home and they couldn’t come from behind the counter to help. Sorry customer service. As I was leaving, I told the manager it is a shame that trained people can’t come out to help you when you are asking about a piece of medical equipment. He said he could help and I just said not now you can’t as I was walking out the door with a few more comments of the lazy pharmacists.... ughhhhh

Normally, there are one or two cars in the pharmacy drive through. Yesterday at around 4:00, there were six ahead of me. I waited ten minutes, but no one was served in that timeframe. I gave up. Can't go in due to disability. This is more to me than a convenience. There is one extremely nice woman who works in the pharmacy. When I do get up to the window, I always hope that I will see Claudia's smiling Facebook!

Not only are most of the employees working in the pharmacy at this Walgreens rude, but I have to call in EVERY single month and hassle them to mail out my medically fragile son's medications which are literally his lifeline, because somewhere down the road someone on their end screwed up and they have yet to fix the problem! After calling in about it (again) yesterday and the girl refusing to send out his lasix "because it isn't a compounded medicine" and it isn't time to fill any of his other medications so that they could ... read more
