Didn’t share important details about a medication for my baby. Also, their waiting area was gross. They didn’t pick up some gross opened beverage from a patient that wasn’t there anymore… and my toddler found it. I would think they’d be more thorough and tidy since they’re in one of the top Children’s Hospitals in the US. I would also like to add, the Aurora Children’s Hospital should just have it’s own pharmacy with more staff and a larger waiting area. And it should be a 24/7 one. Si pudiera dar 0 estrellas lo aria completamente desepcionado de está farmacia si tienes una emergencia de rellenar un medicamento la única forma de acerlo es manejar asta el lugar por qué de lo contrario si estás pensando en llamar nunca contestan el teléfono no importa si llamas 100 veces jamás contestarán y si acudes a farmacia encontrarás a las personas que aquí trabajan aciendo cualquier otra cosa menos su trabajo se supone que si trabajan en un hospital como este es por qué los niños necesitan ser atendidos y tener sus... read more

I give two stars because it's nice having a Walgreens actually inside the hospital. Allows parents who don't want to leave their child a place to get a couple things. Otherwise I would have to say it is very inconvenient. One, the selections of what seem most important to sell are not very good. They need to prioritize their muchandice for retail better. Told me two days in a row my meds would be there the next day. Had to wait three days, then told it was backordered. Four extra days of pain, thanks TJ. Can the techs not understand what backorder is?

These people have always been friendly, accommodating and quick to take care of us. They get on the phone immediately to resolve any issues that come up. I would love to recommend them to you all, but sadly, they are closing soon and for good. Until that day, I do recommend this pharmacy.
