Came here to drop off a prescription, there was nobody in the drive thru. Thought "this is perfect" sat there for 6 minutes , nothing. At the 13 minute mark someone came to the window. Nobody was in line inside either. Smh , won't be coming back here , 2 thumbs 👎🏾
As other reviews have stated, the Pharmacist at this location seem to lack empathy and social skills. More than likely due to understaffing. I have been there multiple times and told, as if rehearsed, to come back after lunch at 2:00pm. That becomes an issue when most medications a customer would come in for are needed at the time that they are visiting, not hours later. Though this is the most convenient location, I will not be using this Pharmacy anymore due to the many other options in the area.
The Pharmacist lacks compassion, doesn’t seem to be good with people, and it makes me feel bad for the techs working with him. I understand following protocols, trust me, but think of what the people may be feeling in that lobby. Do better.
Dont use this Walgreen's Pharmacy. Expect long waits. Expect your time to be wasted regardless of vehicle, phone, or in-person. There is always some issue that waste your time. Folks, I'll update this review if a real Leader takes action or responds but based on the disfunction I doubt that will happen. CVS just earned a new customer base in Phx.
