If I could give Governor's Highway Walgreens Pharmacy in Homewood NEGATIVE ZERO stars, I most certainly would. Horrible customer service. Called to get more information about a prescription after receiving a robotic call offering absolutely no information. Was on the phone 40 minutes with a representative periodically telling me she'll be right with me. This store is highly incompetent. They seem to have poor leadership which leads to many issues including: mistakes in the pharmacy, long wait times, mismanagement of orders, poor manners from staff-including the Pharmacists and unprofessional behavior. The Pharmacist holds one of the highest level positions of importance in the store, in both education and qualification, and as such should hold a higher level standard of excellence. THIS PHARMACY IS ABSOLUTE TRASH!!! My husband and I went three times in one day for our daughter’s medications, and we kept getting told it’ll be ready in an hour. So..and hour before closing, we go in and it’s still not ready!! Mind you we went since 11 am!!!! And our baby girl needed her inhaler !! YOU GUYS ARE JUST HORRIBLE!!! DO BETTER! Children / adults need their medicine. You guys are just absolutely careless and selfish. Do better.
Consistently just the worst pharmacy in the area.
