They have the worst pharmacy ever you can never come in and get out they leave you waiting with no urgency. I waited through the drive through for 30 minutes to be told they had to look for my prescription and that I had to come in. To then wait another 30 minutes 1 hour to get a prescription. This place never fails EVER!!! Management needs to do better and come up with a better system.

My daughter had 4 wisdom teeth removed in one day. I was instructed to fill the prescription right away so no complications would arise, and the pain could be controlled. I walked into the pharmacy and asked if they could fill this prescription fast due to the circumstances. It was 12:45 pm when I dropped it off and they never filled it. I called at 7:30 and was instructed they were about to close and the prescription needed to be sent to a 24 hour pharmacy because they close at 8. If I could give Governor's Highway Walgreens Pharmacy in Homewood NEGATIVE ZERO stars, I most certainly would. Horrible customer service. Called to get more information about a prescription after receiving a robotic call offering absolutely no information. Was on the phone 40 minutes with a representative periodically telling me she'll be right with me. No representative ever came and finally, another robot comes on telling me they are experiencing problems then proceeds to hangs up, totally wasting my time. Not an uncommon ... read more
