After years of tolerating long lines, the lack of automatic refills and errors it got even worse. My insurance changed and I have chronic medical conditions. Trying to get my prescriptions transferred to an “in network” pharmacy became horrible. It took me almost a week to reach someone with the pharmacy on the phone. Got transferred to this store as i'm trying to check on my medicine that was back ordered and I need it for sugar levels. The pharmacist got real mad I got the wrong store and hung up on me after getting rude and slamming the phone down.
Very polite staff and always willing to help with any needs. I drive a little further to use this pharmacy. Others are closer, but I prefer this one.
BEWARE. My husband was dispensed the wrong medication by Jack at Charlestown Road at.Klerner Lane. He was give Cyclosporine instead of Cyclophosphamide and took for 6 days until the mistake was caught. This drug can very much raise BP and my husband was admitted from Dr office and is now on dialysis. This is UNACCEPTABLE. And let me say Jack never even apologized for his serious error.
